These Terms of Sale Agreement apply to all purchases made directly from Ginen Wrap online. By placing an order, you accept and agree to be bound to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

PLEASE REVIEW THESE TERMS OF SALE CAREFULLY AS THIS DOCUMENT GOVERNS YOUR PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS FROM GINEN CREATIONS BY SOPHIE AND CONTAINS IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS, AS WELL AS LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS THAT MAY APPLY TO YOU.

Ginen Wap only accepts orders through this website. We ship worldwide.

Ginen Wrap sells and ships products to end user customers only through our website. You may not purchase for resale. Ginen Wrap reserves the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect you are purchasing for resale.

This Agreement and any claim or dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement or any order placed or purchase made by you shall be governed by the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to conflicts of law provisions.

Ginen Wrap reserves the right to modify these Terms of Sale at any time.

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed.

  • Accessories such as jewelry cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.

  • Items must have all tags attached.

  • Home products such as mugs cannot be returned.

  • Any returns must be made at your own cost however we must obtain your proof of postage until you have received your refund, just in case your order is lost on its way back to Ginen Wrap.



DAMAGED ITEMS

When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping packaging to show some wear and tear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at orders@ginenwrap.com. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To ensure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
