These Terms of Sale Agreement apply to all purchases made directly from Ginen Creations By Sophie including by internet, phone or mail. By placing an order, you accept and agree to be bound to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Ginen Creations By Sophie only accepts orders through this website from addresses within these countries: United States of America, Canada, France, United Kingdom, Haiti, Dominican Republic, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Bahamas, Turks and Caicos, Guyana, Jamaica and Dominica.
Ginen Creations By Sophie sells and ships products to end user customers only through our Ginen Creations By Sophie website and Customer Service hotline. You may not purchase for resale. Ginen Creations By Sophie reserves the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect you are purchasing for resale.
This Agreement and any claim or dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement or any order placed or purchase made by you shall be governed by the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to conflicts of law provisions.

Please contact us for return address.
To protect you from package loss and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend shipping your return package via UPS or a secured Parcel Post. Please retain receipts and tracking information for your records.
Regrettably, return shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
In the case of damaged items, please refer to the Damaged Items section below.
Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival.
Please note: Only products purchased from Ginen Creations By Sophie.com may be returned for refund within 15 days.

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear and tear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To ensure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
